Call for Artists: Lawrence Art Guild

Members of the Lawrence Art Guild are invited to participate in the Fall All Members Show. The All Members Show is a benefit of your Guild membership, and it does not have an entry fee. Artists must be Guild Members in good standing. Registration is available online, and is required to participate no later than the deadline of November 7th. Please follow the information on the list of Important Dates above and on the Call for Entries.
Call for Artists: 2025 Holiday Art Fair

Members of the Lawrence Art Guild are invited to participate in the Holiday Art Fair, held in Cider Gallery December 13 + 14. There are only 28 booths available in this space - so apply now! We will take sign-ups past this date to build a wait list in case anyone is unable to attend. We will notify those who are within the first 28 that they are in the show - and will then ask participants to pay their $95 show fee online. After the show, artists are asked to check out of the show with a 10% donation of earnings from the show, with a cap of $200.
Kansas Association of Counties (KAC)

OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS – Looking to commission six Kansas-based visual artists for a commemorative gift for the Kansas Association of Counties (KAC). Work within the theme of "Home Grown Beauty: Rediscovering Kansas" to help KAC celebrate its 50th anniversary. KCA is requesting one artist to represent each highway district. Representation can include, but is not limited to: home, work, school, etc. The piece can be any medium that can be gicleed. The composition can be any style. Subject matter is artist’s interpretation of one Kansas highway district, incorporating KAC’s 50th year anniversary. Size cannot exceed 11”x 17.” We are interested in emerging artists who haven’t yet shown. This is an excellent opportunity to have your work hung in a public space for many years. Pay and copyright contract will benefit artists. Original works due by Oct 20, 2025. Please send inquiries and/or proof of concept to Molly Nevius at nevius@kansascounties.org.
