2019 Festival of Trees

The Lawrence Art Guild members created a themed Christmas tree in November 2023 and donated it for auction as a part of the Lawrence Festival of Trees. The funds raised help to support the O’Connell Children’s Shelter, as they work to enhance their residential, prevention, and foster care programs.

This year, we selected the theme:  “Birds of a Feather”.

In celebration of the spirit of children the Guild artists create the soaring spirit of birds. The artists have created and decorated this tree with hand-painted Guild Bird logo cutouts, mini canvases, sparkling discs, bird nests and other exciting “objects of art”. We are happy to share our talents in this way to raise funds for such a worthy cause.
