Marci Blank is inspired by the colors and textures of yarns. Her third grade teacher taught her to knit; her Pennsylvania Dutch grandma taught her to crochet. Surrounded by aunts who quilted, Marci grew up with fiber influences and has been designing wearables with yarns ever since. Marci also hand spins and hand dyes yarns and fibers to sell and to feature in her designs.
A full time fiber artist since 1988, Marci primarily designs and knits unique outerwear and accessories, and shows her award winning work throughout the Midwest at art fairs, shops and galleries. You can also find her every fall at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival in her Wolf N Sheep’s Clothing booth.
